ATS will maintains customer data for up to five (5) years. We strongly encourage customers to routinely download and maintain their own copies of data for long-term storage, archival purpose and future analysis. After the five-year retention period, data may no longer be available through ATS.
To request activation, suspension or deactivation of a collar, please email Rachel Mossberg at rmossberg@atstrack.com. Be sure to include the collar’s serial number in your request for timely processing.
Iridium service is billed at a monthly rate specified in your Iridium Service Agreement at the time of purchase. If you need a copy of your agreement or have questions regarding your service plan, please contact your ATS sales representative for assistance.
We have a separate mobile version of the IDAQ with limited features. You can check alerts and view or download the most recent datapoints transmitted from your collars. Due to the complexity of many of the pages on the full desktop version we require a device screen width of at least 900 pixels to access it.
